Classic Latte
1. Measure 3.5 to 4 grams of matcha powder.
2. Sift the matcha powder into your matcha bowl (chawan). You can skip this method if you prefer to use the shaker.
3. Add 40 ml of 70℃ water into your chawan. Pour slowly in a circular motion.
4. Whisk the matcha using your chasen in a W or M motion. Whisk until frothy. Make sure not to overwhisk.
5. Add 120 ml of milk and 10g of sweetener of choice. Mix well before adding the ice. (We suggest using oatmilk and agave. Thank us later! *wink*)
6. Pour the matcha directly on the ice. Stir and enjoy!
